December 1 st , 2017 Dear Financial Advisor, For the last ten years, I’ve became the person with balanced, seeking both growth of principa and current income in the portfolio. I realized that I need to enjoy the wealth I have been able to accomplish all these times. I make about 150,000 a year, so I own a house in San Jose and it is currently appreciated because the dollar value has gone up. I am not required to work under hard conditions like most of my friends in the retails. Since I make enough to enjoy, I figured I can invest to make more my sons. Therefore, I decided to have you taken care of my assets for me. I am the man that would risk to gain because I love to gamble. However, when things do not seem appropriate, I tend to be more conservative to avoid unexpected losses. I am still young and very enthusiastic about investing, and I plan to retire ten years from now.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
