Thursday in Korean time, Wednesday in US time, the South Korea President Roh Moo Hyun and North Korea dictator Kim Jung Il decided to end the cold war and pursue peace between the countries. When they met first on Wednesday, there has been some arguments regarding the issue, but after extending the meeting to next day, both leaders were able to come to an agreement. Among the agreements the most important issue was the North Korea’s nuclear testing and development. U.S. President Bush stated that for the Koreas to truly find peace among each other North Korea must disable all the nuclear projects. In return, U.S. will provide North Korea with one million tons of fuel oil to get the economy stabilization started in North Korea. U.S. will try to establish normal diplomatic relations
