Chapter 4 Group projects Methods for making group decisions Consensus – when members of the group wanna work together and can they work together effectively. If they seem likely to disagree go with nominal group technique. Defined as a decision or a set of decisions. With which all group members can partially agree. People in a consensus is to view differences in solving problems.
