Unformatted text preview: ChAD 75: Fina Exam Take-home Essay Questions May 21, 2010 45 points total! Answer all 3 essay questions The essay portion of your exam is take-home. It must be typed, double spaced, with one-inch margins and a 12-point font. I do not have recommended page lengths for each question. However, you will note that each question has multiple components - be sure to answer the entire question. Do not repeat the question, (but provide the # of the question): Begin by answering the question. Aim for accuracy/correctness, clarity, and conciseness in your answers. Treat these questions as essays, so use complete sentences, paragraphs, and correct grammar/spelling. Submit a paper copy to me on the due date and an electronic copy to Turnitin.com. You must use correct in-text and complete APA format references whenever required in your essay responses. I have included the reader references list at the end. I strongly recommend you cut and paste the full references to use for your reference page. Then all you have to do is cite them in the essay answer in APA format correctly. 1. Self-Reflection : (15 points) A. First fill out the following questionnaire, answer every question both the confident and the like portions. You may either answer in the document by bolding or underlining the answer or print it out and circle the answers – either way, you must submit the completed questionnaire. (5) B. This second half is a self-reflection, based on your responses to the questionnaire you just completed. Please respond to the following prompts in your self-reflection. Do not just say yes or no; your responses need to be thoughtful and explanatory. (10) 1. Describe the kinds of things you said you liked to do? Are they related to your hobbies or major? Why do like them? Do you see a pattern? 2. Describe the kinds of things you said you are confident you could do if trained to do so. Are they related to your hobbies or major? Why are you confident you can do them? Do you see a pattern? 3. How many items did you say you both liked a lot and were very confident that you could do? How often do you do these things? If you do not do them or do them rarely, why? Would you say that you are also creative in these areas? Explain why you are or are not creative in this area. 4. What is your major? Why did you select your major? Is your major related to anything you said you like? Are confident you could do? Like and are confident you can do? Have you produced something creative in your major? How does your major relate to your interests and skills and potential for creative output? Are you able to express your creativity in your major and/or are you being trained to use creativity in your major to later apply to your chosen career?...
