Unformatted text preview: English 100wb Prof. Hessler 10/3/2008 Seventh Generation Managing Staff: Imagine t rying out for the baseball team and getting cut. You desperately wanted to be on this team because baseball is your passion so you work your butt off for an entire year. You practice 3 hours a day 5 days a week and when those tryouts come back around the next year you make the team! Even though you are on the team you are not starting. It is your dream to be the starting first baseman and to achieve this you believe you will have to put in just one more year of meticulous work. This is the situation we are currently in as a company. We came into this industry with a bad reputation for having products that were ineffective and not as environmentally friendly as we said they were. We worked our butts off for years putting in 8-12 hours a day 6 days a week and we have finally made the cut as a strong brand. Problem is we are not yet starting; we are not quite a mainstream product....
