Every organization, regardless of industry, relies on business principles to prosper. People who chose business as their majors have a solid education that could lead them not only to start their own businesses but to also have the practical skills needed to excel in a variety of positions in the industry of their choice. Moreover, there are more opportunities for specialization in business than most other fields. In addition, I strongly believe that I have the qualities and experience required to become a successful business manager. I have good communication skills, and comfort and competence in leadership; I am also decisive and enjoy leading a team towards goals. Currently, I work as a Store Manager for Dollar Financial Group, an international financial services company serving under-banked consumer. I have been with the company for over four years and I enjoy taking care of my work and the people involved. I have three employees under my supervision and I have built trust among all of us.
