To my Financial Advisor, In the following, I have a summary of your job for the year. Your main job is to make my portfolio grow in every way that is legal and smart. I trust you to manage my portfolio in order to generate the most revenues. One way to do that is to avoid taxes, not cheat them. This generates a stronger return. Another way is to watch the expense ratios of funds, and make sense out of them. If they are ridiculously high, walk away. You should know that I am very risk averse at my age. I have already played the market long enough, and I have already been out on the limb taking endless risks. Don’t get too caught up in trying to make up losses. This is investing and nothing is guaranteed. Do not waste time one something impossible. Take the hit, learn and walk away from it. Do not be biased in way. Investment fundamentals cross international borders. Some of the best investments might be overseas. If you have any other concerns regarding, simply know that I am very risk averse.
