EXECUTIVE SUMMARY TAGMA Computer Services will provide computer services and consultation for home computer users and small businesses. In a PRWeb study, there is a $300 billon market for computer services as new computer issues such as hardware glitches, operating system flaws, and threats (worms, viruses, phising, malware etc.) is becoming problematic. As more people get online, most computer problems may be remedied through the internet by remote technicians, avoiding costly on-site visits and reducing overhead costs. According to a 2006 press release for PlumChoice, computer support services are beginning to shift towards remote capabilities over on-site. COMPANY DESCRIPTION Before being renamed to TAGMA Computer Services, in the summer of 2001 this small two man team was started by Gilbert Bagaoisan and his brother, Ryan Bagaoisan, to help friends and family repair and maintain their computers. As they the years pass by, they both realize that the small business sector also needed help with their computer. In addition, as new digital threats such as viruses, malware, and spyware started becoming a problem, business opportunities came knocking on their door. After servicing clients such as local schools of East San Jose and word of mouth clienteles, this small support team will expand their offerings to small business owners. STRATEGIC FOCUS AND PLAN Mission/Vision TAGMA Computer Services mission is to help small business owners with their day-to- day computer needs that will allow them to achieve their goals. Targeting small business owners provides a huge market that has special computer needs and seeks practical and highly affordable business solutions. We strive to be reliable, offering onsite visits, carry-in services, and remote access to your computer while maintaining a high quality of service. We offer a wide variety of services that includes laptop and desktop setup and maintenance, remote access, network setup, data backups, network cable installations, and peripheral setups.
