Rebuttal Speeches (2 minutes) 1N :Present all NEG arguments not covered in the 2NC. Do not cover the same arguments as your partner. Decide ahead of time who will cover what. 1A : Answer all NEG arguments from both 2NC and 1NR. Any dropped argument could mean a NEG victory 2N : Pick a few argument that you think the NEG is winning and concentrate on those. Tell the judge exactly why to vote for you. Tell judge why NEG arguments outweigh AFF arguments. 2A : Respond to NEG arguments. Points out any arguments that have been dropped by neg. Tell the judge why you win. Tell judge why AFF arguments outweigh NEG arguments.
