With out a doubt, you possess the will and drive to be a successful entrepreneur. Yet, you are very young and lack much needed experience. By the way your running your business, I could tell Rubbish Boys means a lot to you. By not allowing anyone else to hold shares or to help finance, its clear you want complete control over your company and its culture.
