A few details to remember when writing papers about media Always give your essays – no matter how informal -- a title – which is not the same thing as the name of the assignment. (No underlining, italicizing, or quotation marks.) Film, TV series, book, and periodical titles are EITHER underlined OR italicized . Article and TV episode titles are placed within quotation marks. Support each statement you make with a concrete, specific example – and then discuss it as well (statement example discussion … lather/rinse/repeat).
