Decide which miscues you might discuss in a retrospective miscue analysis to build a student’s appreciation of their reading process and in particular to focus on meaning. 5:20 – 5:25 Announcements Ask for information on absences on 10/8 and 10/15. Please record on your reflection paper. 5:25 – 5:30 Review Cloze Activity When cloze activities were explored in class, we identified the standard(s) that could be assessed with each activity. Without analysis a cloze is an instructional activity rather than an assessment. 5:30 – 6:20 Informational Writing Samples
