Rachael Rolle ATC KIN 35A MW 9:30-10:20 8 May, 2006 Fitness Plan During the summer when I am not in the weight lifting class I plan to continue a workout that will continue to achieve the goals that I have set for myself in the begging of the class. One of my fitness goals that I have is to get a six pack and the other goals are to get bigger gain muscle strength in my arms, upper body and legs. In my fitness plan I will workout two days a week for at least one to two hours a day. I plan on lifting on Mondays, Wednesdays doing a split workout. Mondays I will do leg workouts and Wednesdays upper body and arm workouts mixing in ab and back workouts in between both days. Since I am trying to get muscle strength all of my lifts that I do will have to be between 80- 90% 1 RM with 3 sets and 8 reps and a long resting period in between each set. The way I plan to get my six pack is to do several exercises with weight and to do them at least three times a week. One of the exercises that I am going to do is ab rotations on in incline with a ten pound medicine ball. I plan to start off doing three sets of three and thirty reps, taking small breaks in between sets, and gradually working my way up to more reps and weight. I also plan on doing sit-ups on an incline again with three sets of thirty reps, with also taking small
