You may find it interesting and productive to reflect on a decision that, in retrospect, wasn’t very good. Describe the context of the decision (what was going on – what forced the decision?) and your decision-making process at the time. Look at your decision in light of the standards (clarity, precision, accuracy, relevance, consistency, logical correctness, completeness, fairness) and barriers (egocentrism, sociocentrism, relativistic thinking, unwarranted assumption, wishful thinking) suggested in Bassham et al.
