Communication Ground Rules: Our team will communicate through planned teleconference and via email to combine task items. We will also have the ability to call each other with mandated limitations on the latest time the person will except calls. Vision: Build cohesion virtually email, teleconferences and the combined skills of the team to create a presentation focused on five specific areas of potential distraction and techniques to mitigate those distractions. Conflict Resolution: If there is a conflict, any member can call for a vote and majority rules. In the event of a tie the persons identifying the issue will win.
