It seems to me that you have made growing the company as your number one priority. I see great potential in 1-800-GOT-JUNK? (originally known as Rubbish Boys) to reach incredible new heights with your lead and dedication. As far as your decision to push for a more professional business, I think you have made it clear that it is in your best interest to steer away from cheap college-student labor and business model. I feel like you have taken the required initiative to set out by expanding through franchising; however, I do have some suggestions based on the entire business; as well as, your first franchise venture in Toronto which you can benefit from. First of all, regardless of how vast of a territory your company wishes to serve, the most critical metric for your business’ success is the location. Sure enough you want to pick a location which is fairly practical in distance and knowing people who live there. It seems to me from the start, you were very precise in choosing the people you work
