NuFS 144, section 1 Summer 2010 Extra Credit Class Cookbook: Foodways Autobiography and Cultural Artifacts Due Date: 6/10/2010 by midnight Students will provide a recipe of a favorite traditional family food as per class discussion. These should be obtained from a family member and include a list of ingredients and preparation instructions. You should write a paragraph to explain why the recipe is meaningful as an introduction to the recipe, including when and how the prepared recipe was eaten. Recipes should be submitted to D2L as a Word document for extra credit. Instructor will compile all recipes received to develop a cultural artifact for the class.
