Conservation and Preservation Preservation is maintaining the earth keeping in its original condition. Some areas of the earth are untouched by humans. This is because of the concern that mankind is coming onto the environment at a rate that many untamed landscapes are being given over to tourism, industry, farming, and other human developments that we are losing too much of what is ‘natural’. Conservation is the use of natural resources including air, wildlife, earth deposits, and water. Most of these natural resources can be non-renewable or renewable. Unformatted text preview: makes sure we are not using more than what we can replace. I am going to side with preservation. I believe that everything should be left as natural as possible. Before mankind came along everything was natural and wildlife was not in any danger so why should mankind change it. I do not think that humans should harvest forest resources. I think that the humans should leave the forests alone. I say this because we are driving wildlife out of their natural habitats and some are even dying. Forests should be left at their natural resources and we should not use it to benefit our everyday life. We should come up with an alternative way to help our everyday life instead of using the resources from the forests....
