BARRIERS TO CHANGE Most of us have changes we would like to make in our lives or things we say we would like to accomplish, but we have so many “reasons” why we cannot make the desired changes. When we say we are “too busy” or “too tired” or the change is “too difficult”, we are making excuses. Another way to view excuses is as barriers to change.
