CoaguLife Education Scholarships Copyright © CoaguLife Amount: Up to $5000.00 per scholarship. Purpose: To support higher education for individuals who have an inherited bleeding disorder. Duration: Academic Year. Eligibility: All Applicants must: 1) Have Hemophilia, von Willebrand’s disease or similar inherited bleeding disorder (documentation required). 2) Be a graduating high school senior, or graduate entering college/university/trade school in the year the scholarship is applied for or be a current student attending an appropriate college/university/trade school. 3) Provide transcripts from high school (past 2 years or 4 semesters) and all college/university/trade schools attended. 4) Demonstrate leadership ability through community service and volunteer activities. 5) Submit a brief essay selecting one of the three choices of topics provided on the Scholarship Application. 6) Provide three letters of recommendation (not from family members).
