Employees with any company can always be motivated based on the management style received. If management is bad then motivation is going to be deficient, if management is good then the employee is more motivated to complete tasks assigned to them. Management is the source of providing a motivated and caring department. If management is demanding and controlling, the department is less likely to be motivated. Intrinsic and Extrinsic motivation are simple steps any manager can follow to ensure a happy and motivated department (Zahorsky, 2003). Intrinsic motivation refers to motivation completed from inside oneself; setting personal goals and accomplishing them gives a person a sense of joy, knowing the overwhelming feeling they will have when the goals are completed helps them complete the goals. Extrinsic motivation refers to motivation that comes from consequences of ones actions; when an employee has accomplished a great task without being asked to do so ensures praise from management,
