Internal Cash Control Pg. 2 E4-5 A) There are not many weaknesses in internal control over cash disbursements from what I can see, however, when review the Axia University of Phoenix Week 4 Chapter 4 there could be several weaknesses in cash disbursement. The one weakness that really sticks out in my mind when reading Chapter 4 is documentation procedures. All monies in the accounting department need to be accounted for when completing balance sheets and reports. When completing the cash disbursements it is harder to keep track of all monies being paid out, cash money. With internal control there is a specific protocol to follow. When this protocol is followed the money is easier to track and all information is documented correctly.
