Unformatted text preview: A prosecutor is supposed to seek justice and not just conviction. The prosecutor brings forth all evidence to the court. They are supposed to protect the innocent and convict the person is being charged. The prosecutor should know almost all of what police do when they investigate the crimes. The prosecutor is the one who is bringing the charges against the person to the court in order for this person to pay for their crime. The prosecutor is also able to ask the jurors questions to see if they are able to handle the case that is being presented in the court....
