I believe I am a participative leader, one that considers the input of others.  This type of  project management approach has some distinct pros and cons to be considered for a  project.  The pro or positive points are that each person has a right to be heard and have  their input weighed in the final decision.  Whether it is a holiday shift schedule or location  for the annual company picnic, I believe the way to integrate a team is to include their  opinions and desires.  A drawback to this approach is that this may be considered a
