Why or why not? Given the chance, I would communicate via email with a professional healthcare provider but that would depend on the context. For example, if I am very ill and require assistance, I would prefer a doctor to attend to me directly and immediately. This is because a very ill patient might not be in the condition to use the computer as well. On the other hand, if I just require simple medical advice, the use of email is sufficient. I can simply email the healthcare provider my symptoms and he or she can reply through the email. I do not have to waste time or money travelling to visit the healthcare provider. However, I still have my to waste time or money travelling to visit the healthcare provider....
