The main source of stress here is time and having to make a two hour drive to work everyday. Carole is so focused on the hassle of making that drive she has given herself a headache. Carole could slow down take a breath, and focus on the time she has to herself. Use the time to think about the good things she is going to do with her time off. - Carole
