Protein- I consumed an average of 78.55g where 61.69g are recommended. I could reduce my intake of protein by using less peanut butter, less meat, or less milk with my cereal. Fat- I consumed an average of 75.88g of fat where I am supposed to get about 94.24g. I could increase my fats by eating more oils like olive oil, more butter, or certain plants like corn/sunflowers.
