Leaders must have the vision and dynamism, to extend the enterprise life. These influential leaders have many excellent and important characteristics. And every different leader has different characteristics and leadership style. However, I believe a good leader should have the three best characteristics are Responsibility , Execution , and Innovation . Terry Gou, the founder and president of Foxconn, has those three best characteristics. Terry Tai-Ming Gou , sometimes written as Terry Gou is a Taiwanese tycoon who leads Foxconn Techology Group . Foxconn is of the largest scale, grows up fastest, and appraises the highest international group in the global 3C (the computer, communication, consuming electron) field. Foxconn is now the largest such electronics manufacturing services company in the world, with factories in several countries, mostly in China, where it employs 800,000 people and is its largest exporter. Foxconn is the trade name and the trademark of the Taiwan based firm Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (Ltd.) (LSE: HHPD, NASDAQ: HNHPF). Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (Ltd.) is not only listed in Taiwanese stock exchanges, but also its foreign branch, foreign subsidiary and joint venture are listed in different stock exchange, such as NASDAQ, Hong Kong, London, etc. ..

Terry Gou founded Hon Hai in Taiwan in 1974 with ten workers to make plastic parts for television sets. In 1988 he opened his first factory in China, in Shenzhen, where his largest factory remains today. Foxconn's scale accounts for 1/10 Taiwan GDP, and according to " Fortune " 2006 the whole America 500 big enterprise investigate , may rank listing the 70th place of enterprise of U.S.A., leading Cisco, Best Buy, 3 M, and coca-cola (Coca-Cola ) ,etc. .
