Plan of Work Approval Process 1. Review the Department requirements before meeting with your adviser. You may meet with Jeff Fleming to assist you with this review. 2. Your assigned adviser must sign/approve the Plan of Work. 3. Return the approved Plan of Work to Jeff Fleming. He will forward the form to me for my signature. 4. Jeff will then submit the Plan of Work to the College of Arts and Sciences. The Dean of the College will sign the form and it will be returned to the Department. The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences will release the Plan of Work hold.

I am also aware that you may have to delay your CPT or other plans because your Plan of Work has not been approved. Please understand that as the Graduate Committee Chair I will not sign paperwork before it has been reviewed and I will not accept forms directly from students.
