I. Portfolio Objective A. Target Allocation Discuss your portfolio objective and how it influenced your asset allocation mix (for example, 40% in stocks, 50% in bonds, and 10% in cash). You should take into account your risk aversion as well as other personal characteristics such as your age, occupation, and investment goals, and then invest accordingly. Discuss why this portfolio mix suits your needs. Our target allocation for out portfolio will be 50% stocks, 40% bonds, 10% cash. As young investors with a longer time horizon, we have a higher risk tolerance for investing. Initially, we hope to have a high return, and then will adjust our allocation as we get older and have a lower tolerance for risk. B. Actual Allocation Compare your actual allocation (as of April 9) with your target. You should provide a breakdown (in %) of your complete Stock-Track portfolio into asset classes you chose to invest in. If you hold balanced mutual funds, you have to check the proportion of each asset class in those funds and calculate your allocations accordingly. You may want to enhance your presentation by providing a pie-chart of your actual allocation. Discuss how you achieved diversification
