EXTERNAL ASSESSMENT 2 The following is an internal and external evaluation conducted for the Executive Team at Kudler's Fine Foods (KFF). Based upon this evaluation a summary shall be provided to complete the overall assessment for (KFF) which shall include an assessment of the external demographic environment and the internal operatational segments that are in existance within this particular environment. As we begin our evaluation, we turn to KFF's mission statement of, " Kudler Fine Foods is committed to providing our customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines so that your culinary visions can come true." Here we see KFF strongly identify the parameters of its intended target market demographic, which exclusively defines its customers as individuals that prefer gourmet foods and wines.
