Useful guiding notes: The course covers classical thermodynamics and related things, and it builds on your previous knowledge of physics, chemistry, math, etc. The lectures explain, complement and summarize the material from the textbook. We closely follow the book, but some material is added. You should take (partial) notes during the lectures (50% of your success). Please, try to reconstruct the lectures and work hard all the time. Read in detail every chapter in the textbook – best before the lecture. At the end of each chapter, make sure that you understand the material.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
