If you scored between: 75-100 You probably don t need to give a high priority to improving how you deal with anxiety. 50-75 You should consider improving your strategies. 0-50 You need to improve how you control your anxiety to avoid serious problems succeeding in college. Using the information presented in this module, you will be able to reduce your anxiety and increase your likelihood for academic success. RESEARCH Research Tells Us That Students Who Cope With Anxiety in Positive Ways Exhibit more confdence and participate more Fully in their coursework. Are not distracted from completing their academic work. Are happier, healthier and report enjoying their college experience.
