104A CN08 The Three Appeals of Argument (Persuasive Writing) Administrative I’ve repaired our SmartSite Assignment(s) for Monday, April 26, 2009 Because I’m having trouble getting the 1/10ths of a Second on to our SmarSite  on a  timely basis, I’d like to open up a discussion about presenting this material in class,  instead, without exercises. I would then distribute the 10% as follows: o +5% to “Class Presence” o +5% to “Quarter-End Test” I’d like students to feel free to answer in any way you like, so   SmartSite|Polls, which  are anonymous. Review More “scaffolding” of writing assignments: doing one task and then another task and then another, etc. o Monday’s first task: to discuss the readings together in class o Today’s second task: to learn about the three ways that argument can persuade, because if we know these, we can make choices that help us meet our objective, which is business writing’s second objective..

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
