Unformatted text preview: Cornell Minds Matter Presents: STRESS REDUCTION & MEDITATION WORKSHOP Tuesday, November 13th, 4:30-5:30 pm 5th Floor Lounge, Willard Straight Hall Free and Open to anyone in the Cornell Community Refreshments will be served The Art of Living Foundation's Meditation and Stress-Reduction workshop is an hour-long session which provides immediate relaxation and rejuvenation. Participants will gain a basic understanding of stress and ways to relieve it. They will learn techniques they can take home to maintain a calm mind, including breathing, meditation, and gentle stretches. The workshop will be facilitated by a certified Art of Living teacher.
