Dehydration The reason why water is essential to health maintenance is because water keeps things and people from dehydration. Everything in this world needs water, for example plants need water because without it they will become dehydrated and die. Animals need water also for the same reason like everything else. Some animals need water the most life fishes and other sea animal because they will not survive without water. Humans need water because the body has majority of water in it. The human body is made up of about seventy percent. Humans can get dehydrated very quickly if the body’s water supply decrease. Dehydration can occur if the human body water drops two percent the amount of water needed. The human brain is made up of about eighty percent water and without the brain the human body would stop working and there would be no life. Water has many functions within the human body and they all are very important to the humans’ health. Maintaining your health could be difficult to do for the people that say they do not like water, but you still have to drink water to keep from being dehydrated. Without enough water in
