Homework The homework in PHY 107 uses the WileyPLUS web system: based on problems at the end of each chapter and is algorithmic; i.e. each student will get a different set of numbers for the same problem. You must purchase the WileyPLUS package which contains the access code . To register for access to the homework assignments, please visit: http://edugen.wiley.com/edugen/class / cls155351/ You will be allowed three attempts on each problem. The system will let you know whether you get the correct answer or not. If you have difficulty with HW problems please go to the office hours of me, other two instructors or your TA and get help. Twelve homework problems will be assigned each week and all of them will be graded. The homework solutions will be posted on the course ublearns website. See Syllabus for HW problems and due dates (must be submitted by 11pm of that date)

In-Class Quizzes In-class quizzes are multiple-choice problems administered using iclickers. To get credits, you must register your iclicker at http://www.iclicker.com/registration/ You receive 2 points for simply taking the quiz and 5 points for a correct answer. One quiz per week is given on Fri lecture, which tests materials covered on Mon and Wed lectures. Ungraded clicker questions are given at every class to test your understanding of lecture.
