The ASUC is the autonomous student governing body for the University of California, Berkeley. Established in 1887, its goal is to serve the needs of Cal students, and in doing so, enhance the education of the students who perform these services through direct experience, leadership opportunities, and skills development. The ASUC is only as strong as the students who are involved with it.
