LEARNING STYLES 2 Learning Styles After taking both the multiple pathways to learning assessment and the personality spectrum assessment, I found that I am a strong organizer and I have a high-level of development in interpersonal intelligence. The study techniques recommended for my personality type are to look for a well-structured, stable environment, use a planner to schedule tasks, organize materials, request feedback, and to try to have tasks defined in clear, concrete terms so that I know what is required. I can use these study techniques in distance learning by knowing what my strengths and weaknesses are and use them to my benefit. For example one of my weaker personality types is that of a thinker, this personality type likes to make charts and graphs, where I am not that strong in it, so I know that this is not a study technique that I will use often. The study techniques recommended for the interpersonal intelligence are to study in a group, use flash cards, and discuss
