BUS 210 Week 3 DQ #1 Consider the wide spectrum of business organizations, ranging from gigantic corporations to working at home. Describe at least three types of business organizations that you are familiar with or that you would like to know more about. How is each one advantageous to the business owner? One type of a business organization is a partnership.In a partnership two or more people pool their money together and establish a company in which they are the only stock-holders and owners. The last type of business organization that I will talk about is a gigantic corporation. It has a CEO, CFO, and many additional managers. This is the kind of company that I want to work for. It most probably has been around for a long time. They normally offer benefits to their employees, and can be less risky than working for a sole proprietorship, which can fail. However, just because it is a gigantic corporation that does not mean it is guaranteed not to fail, look at Enron. I do not think many people that were working there saw it coming....
