Justin Ferries CMP 401 Hazard Communication Safety Sheet Does the employers have a hazard communication program and employee training which Includes: 1) a list of hazardous chemicals 2) Methods of employee training Did the employer give other employer(s) on-site access to the material safety data Is the hazardous communication program available to all employees upon request? Are travel locations of employees between workplaces available? Are all hazardous chemical leaving the workplace labeled? Was the label or warning transmitted at the initial shipment or with the material safety data sheet? Were the hazardous chemicals labeled, tagged or marked? Are the hazardous chemicals labeled in accordance with OSHA requirements? Are the written materials available to employees during the workplace? Are the labels on incoming container of hazardous materials removed or deface?
