We here at the Inn strive to provide you with the best possible service that we can, and when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important for us to know. The reason I am writing this letter is to extend my sincerest apologies for the horrible service you received recently on our property. I wanted to apologize myself because I often pride myself in how reputable and up-to-par my hotel is usually presented. I want you to know that this is very out of the ordinary and will never happen again. We’re sorry that you received service that prompted you to contact us with a complaint, and we regret any inconvenience or frustration that your experience has caused you.
