Objectives for VEN125: Introduction to principles of sensory science as applied to wine. Investigation of factors affecting perceived wine flavor and color. Evaluation of wine sensory literature. Conducting scientific wine sensory tests. Objectives for VEN125L: To teach you to listen to and to trust your nose! To help you conduct sensory related studies. You must be 21 to participate in VEN 125L. Closed toe shoes and lab coats required.
