As the team leader, you have weighed the pros and cons of all options and prepared a presentation to management on how to address this problem. What do you suggest? I would find it hard to believe I would continue to be friends with someone who has negatively impacted my teams’ results and been such a negative contribution to the environment. I would also have to take into consideration the size of the company and team. In a small company one team member can have a high impact on the production and progress of the company. A larger company can sustain some workability with such a team member. I would also be concerned of the negativity that can often spread like a bad apple, corrupting the environment of many. As I have witnessed this situation from a distance and close up in myself in various situations. People around me have advance to great positions that I couldn’t qualify for educationally. And currently as I progress, some friends and previous co-workers share that they feel left behind and have no interest in returning to school for themselves. So I
