MIS 388 Excel 1 Assignment 1. Create an Excel spreadsheet that replicates the invoice template shown on the next page. 2. Note that the headings and return address information should be merged and centered across the entire form. 3. The “AMOUNT” column should be computed as “PRICE” times “QUANTITY”. 4. The cell to the right of “TOTAL” is the sum of the “AMOUNT” column above. 5. “TAX” is computed as 8.25% of “TOTAL”. 6. “AMT DUE” is “TOTAL” plus “TAX”.
