Flowchart for a process 2 Flowchart for a Process – Recruiting Process The process this paper will discuss is the process of recruiting subcontractors in the IT consulting field. In the workplace, employees perform daily processes as part of their regular routines and many of them may consume a great amount of time. In this paper, a specific process has been identified and a flowchart has been designed to show the a range of factors that affect the design process as well as the specific metric that identifies the measurement process. By designing a flowchart for the recruiting process, the desired result is to identify how the amount of time involved can be minimized while also making the overall process more efficient. Factors Affecting the Process Design A process flowchart illustrates the movement of service through the productivity lifecycle (Fryman, 2002). The flowchart at the end of this paper is designed to analyze the talent selection process from contact to hire. The factors which are most critical and affect the process
