This course will provide a basic overview of systems physiology. For the students pursuing careers in the life sciences, pharmacy, allied health sciences and physical science curriculums, this course will be your primary exposure to the body systems and human physiology.

It is essential to learn how the healthy body functions before you can learn how pathologies impair body function. The purpose of this course is to provide you with a fundamental background in how living systems work at molecular level, organ and system level and whole organism. Ultimately, the goal of this course is to instrument you with knowledge in physiological systems and function. This will enable you to be successful in your future allied health career, future exams and future courses related to physiology
