Bolivia and Paraguay Illustrious Personalities Operación Sonisa begins their work in La Asunción, Paraguay in 2005 with  a group of volunteers that include plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists,  infirmaries, and dentists that are going to examine and operate on children  with problems in the lips, teeth, and mouth in general.  This group of  volunteers works in the Hospital San Jorge, a military hospital in La  Asunción. When they go to help in other countries if they join different  hospitals or schools of Medicine where they teach new methods for treating  the deformities of the face, and here the volunteers and doctors of these  countries are able to continue helping the children until that Operación  Sonrisa returns the following year. Magical Places The cataracts of Iguazú are situated between Argentina, Basil, and  Paraguay and join these three countries.  The cataracts have a altitude of  82 meters and have the form of a horseshoe. The name of the cataracts  comes from the word “guaraní I-Guazú”, that means “aguas grandes”. The
