DIGITECH MEMORANDUM TO: FACILITIES MANAGER FROM: REBECCA MCDANIEL SUBJECT: ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND BRIEFING BEFORE PRESENTATION DATE: 3/13/2009 CC: STEVE TAYLOR I will be meeting with they in just a few short weeks, and thought I would provide you with some helpful information prior to our meeting. It is my goal to answer any questions that you may have. Do we have the proper facilities to handle a child care facility? I have looked into this issue quite extensively and we will not need to change anything, which will help us keep our costs down. How distracting will it be for the other businesses to have quite a few children in the building? We can add some soundproofing to these areas with the children, for hardly any out-of- pocket c ost. They will be able to go down and see their children during break, and may even be more willing to stay later. How will this affect the future businesses that move into our building? I believe that when people are looking for an office building to establish their business in the daycare will be a big perk, and the fact that this is a service provided for only those in the building and their customers.
