I am looking forward to learning more about the whole idea of emotional intelligence. I would like to set up a mutually convenient time in the next week for us to get together to discuss how to implement some of Ms. Smith’s ideas into our current company training policy. I too am curious to see how implementing these strategies into our workforce will increase the decision making skills amongst our employees.
